HealthLink Transit partners with adult day health centers, dialysis clinics, hospitals, and medical practices to provide reliable, MTM-coordinated transportation for their patients and participants.
We work directly with a wide range of healthcare facilities throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island to coordinate transportation for their clients.
Daily transportation for program participants — morning pickup, afternoon return. We coordinate directly with your schedule and staff to ensure seamless daily operations.
Recurring 3x/week transport for dialysis patients — timed precisely to your clinic's schedule. We track every trip to ensure no patient misses a session.
Discharge transportation and follow-up appointment coordination. We work with your social work and case management teams to get patients home safely.
Transportation for physical therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral health, and rehabilitation patients who need consistent attendance to complete their programs.
Scheduled transport for patient appointments at primary care offices, specialist practices, imaging centers, and labs across MA and RI.
Transportation for residents of assisted living facilities and senior housing who need to attend medical appointments outside the facility.
Getting your patients transported through HealthLink Transit is straightforward. Here's how it works from your end.
Contact us to discuss your facility's transportation needs — volume, schedule, patient types, and coverage area.
We establish a direct line with your team — whether that's a coordinator, social worker, or case manager — and confirm all scheduling details.
For Medicaid patients, trips are coordinated through MTM. For private-pay, we handle scheduling directly. Either way, your staff has one reliable contact.
We manage pickups, trip logs, billing documentation, and any schedule changes — keeping your team informed and your patients moving.
We understand what it means when a patient doesn't show up because their ride fell through. We've worked directly alongside adult day health centers and know firsthand how transportation issues ripple through your operations.
HealthLink Transit isn't a call center dispatching strangers — we're a local, hands-on operation with 11 dedicated vehicles and a team that answers the phone when you need us.
Your patients deserve a provider that meets every standard. Here's what we bring to every partnership.
Credentialed in the MTM network for both Massachusetts and Rhode Island — enabling seamless Medicaid NEMT billing for eligible patients.
All 11 vehicles are fully insured and maintained. We hold valid operating licenses in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Every trip is fully documented and logged — mileage, times, passenger confirmation — meeting MTM and Medicaid compliance standards.
All drivers pass thorough background checks and meet the driver qualification standards required by MTM and state licensing.
We plan every route to meet your facility's exact schedule. Late arrivals cause real disruption — we take punctuality as seriously as you do.
Facility partners get a direct line to our coordination team — not a general intake queue. Real communication with real people.
Reach out to our team directly. When you email us, let us know your facility name, the number of patients who need transport, how often, and the cities or towns you're working with. We'll follow up within one business day.

Yes. For Medicaid-covered patients, all billing runs through MTM. We handle the trip documentation, log verification, and submission — your facility doesn't need to manage that process.
We do our best to accommodate schedule changes with as much notice as possible. For standing routes, we ask for 24 hours' notice. Contact our coordination team directly for urgent changes.
Just let us know as soon as possible. We'll update the route and, if required by MTM, document the no-show appropriately. We work with facilities to minimize wasted trips on both sides.
Yes — we handle private-pay transportation as well. Facilities can refer both Medicaid and non-Medicaid patients. Contact us to discuss private-pay rates.
With 11 vehicles and daily capacity for 50+ routes, we can accommodate significant recurring volume from a single facility. Contact us to discuss your specific numbers.
Yes. When we onboard a facility partner, we brief our drivers on your specific pickup procedures, entrance locations, and any patient-handling preferences your team communicates to us.
